Hello, I'm Nelson.
Hi, I’m Nelson from France,graduated from EBS but already have experiences as a bartender. I’m very proud of my organization at work, I’m fast and efficient. Stress resistance and implication are my best qualities without doubts.
My last experience as a Head Bartender was at the Jungle Beach in cap d'Agde. I had 7 bartenders to lead . I was feeling confident even during the rushes. I found important to prepare what could be prepared for next service in order to save some time after. There is always something to make, to prepare or to clean. I have really enjoyed this work and even created cocktails. Organisaton was very important because we was a beach Bar with many animations like Apero Beach the after-noon with thousand of people In the future, i would like to stay in one town, be a part of a great team.
