UAE born to a German family with much international experience, having lived in the UAE, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. Open-minded and friendly, with a large willingness to learn about language, culture, and of course bartending.
Working in Madrid was an experience that taught me a great deal, particularly due to the small setting of the bar. It was only my boss and I, and because of this I was able to get learn a great deal rum, bartending and general knowledge about hospitality. This setting also created a strong bond between my boss and I, which ensured a comfortable working atmosphere and good conversation between clients, my boss and I.
