A young wannabe Mixologist from Indonesia. Love to create a new cocktails, always search for something interesting, and above all, I love Rum! Always work harder than anybody and enthusiastic about spirits!
I'd worked at Desa Potato Head, one of the best Beach Club in Indonesia, and I learned a lot about mixology especially sustainability mixology. My next journey land me on another big property, namely Holywings Group that currently have more than 25 outlets all around Indonesia. The place is always crowded, even in weekdays! I learned a lot about the system behind the bar works, and also contributing on the system itself such as inventory management and such. I learned a lot about how to communicate with customer and more importantly, how to satisfy customer that came into your bar. It's hard at first, but it is a fun process nonetheless.
