I am a friendly, hardworking and creative person, who enjoys a good work environment, where people enjoy their time and leave with a good bar experience. Enjoy to create new flavours for costumers and find them the perfect drink.
I love my job and also love to travel which is perfect combination, I am always eager to learn new things, try new flavors, improvise and make new cocktails. Nothing compares with the look of surprise and happiness of a costumer after you give them a well prepared cocktail. I have experience working in a Café as a barista, and also worked before doing Craft Beer. Wroked as well for a little bit in LilIe, France making Belgian style beers. I was also a manager for three years in a restaurant, and one of the greatest experiences as a Bartender for 9 years. During my bartender course this year I learned a lot, in methods and techniques, I want to continue learning and put into practice what I have learned and experience all these years. I have many ideas to implement in a bar.
