Hello, I'm Josephin.
Enthusiastic, hard working and passionate bartender from Berlin.
I have been working at QT Perth rooftop bar and Santini bar since last August which taught me high class hospitality and gastronomy. Now I am looking for a new challenge in a new venue. One of the most enjoyable parts of being a bartender is working in a team and I would love the opportunity to be a part of yours. I am energetic, positive and always curious to expand my knowledge. I am a native speaker of German who studied English Philology, Philosophy, German as a second language and Pedagogics with two years of teaching experience. This helped me to grow into a leadership position and handle responsibilities at its best. Changing careers was a major step in my personal development. I successfully finished the international bartender course at the European Bartender School in Phuket participated in the mixology course after. Not only did I gain the necessary knowledge about the various alcohols, methods, theories, cocktails and flair, but also won confidence behind the bar.
