Bartender with great capacity for team working but also capable of contributing to the bar. I have got a great patience and an attentive, formal and close customer service. I learn fast and I work hard everyday in order to improve myself.
I am a happy and energetic young man whose main vocation is to continue learning and working both professionally and personally. Thanks to the experience I have gained in recent years, I consider myself to have great customer service and excellent camaraderie that allows me to enjoy teamwork. I would highlight my punctuality, commitment and respect, in addition to my flexibility and dedication in what I invest my time in. I also have great creativity that I try to take advantage off in order to get the most out of my work and to resolve any conflict in the most efficient and convenient way possible. Working as a bartender in Madrid is very challenging and complete in a professional way. I've worked in one of the best cocktail bars in Madrid and in one the best chef in the world restaurants, StreetXO from Dabiz Muñoz. Here I've learned all the required skills to undergo all the possible activities in a cocktail bar. Teaching, Managing stock, Creativity, Client satisfaction, Work atmosphere, Classic recipes, Avant-garde techniques. All of the above combined with the energy and passion of a young person who loves the job and accomplishes to improve every day. Right now I'm very happy at my current job and I truly believe my employers are happy with me too. However, my dream is to travel the world working in what I love, Bartending. While doing so I want to grow as much as I can as a professional and as a person. Learning and improving on a daily basis is my way of living, I don't know how to do it in any other way. In my job, my goal is to always have the best work atmosphere. I want everyone to be enjoying their time in the places I work, both the clients and my colleagues.
