Ambitious and creative bartender based in Copenhagen.
After working a few years as a web developer and most recently as a technical illustrator, I have realized that I miss interacting with actual people and that I do not want to spend the rest of my life stuck in front of a computer screen. That is why I signed up for the four-week bartender course at EBS in June 2019, and I believe that was the best decision I have ever made.
Sure, I can mix a bunch of vodka redbulls in a jiffy, but that's not why I decided to become a bartender. I'm not here for the party - I'm here to learn! I'm fascinated by mixology and inspired by all the talented bartenders I have met along the way, and I want to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible.
In short, my aspiration is to become a kick-ass bartender who delivers first class service to satisfied customers.
