Dedicated, hard working and a friendly bartender with a special love for gins and whisky, I'm a very good team player and loved by my colleagues. Playing with ingredients and using advanced mixology is my favourite thing to do.
My experience so far has given me the skills, techniques and knowledge to operate a bar smoothly. From the very basic that is the opening and closing procedures to the higher levels of operations that are required to make sure the bar is operating without much losses to the company like maintaining the monthly budgets, doing the bar inventory, placing orders for the beverages and spirits, stock checking, hygiene management behind the bar, cocktail costing, how to price the cocktails while making a menu, coming up with new personalised cocktails, ideas for events, basic pre opening procedures of a bar for an outlet
