I worked for three years as a self-taught bartender in an italian pub of my town. Initially I followed my colleagues then i started to read cocktail book and watches videos to learn. The principal tasks were to prepare cocktails and other drinks,cash management and customer payments, counter and table service, make more orders at the same time. I learned to work under stress but my goal is to improve myself as a bartender and make new experiences
