When I stay behind the bar I feel like home. Bartending for me is freedom and thanks it I can express myself freely. I love using local products and homemade ingredients to create first a new experience for the customers and then a bond with the territory. Thanks my previous job I improved my costumer facing skills, my problem solving abilities and also my linguistic baggage (mainly english).
