Hello, I'm Alessio.
I’m a serious guy that loves to work in the bartending world. I studied in Milan at Campari and in Barcelona so i have a good knowledge of this work. I left my work as bartender in Italy for improving my personal and professional skills!
My prevoius experience learn me how is difficult this world and how much love I have for it! I want to share it with people and travel around the world! I love the concept of lounge bars and the attention for the quality of products. What I think is ‘Quality not quantity’.
