Hello, I'm Ba Tung.
I am a friendly, hardworking, fast learning and very creative bartender from Vietnam who always come up with "out of the box" ideas in the cocktail recipe. My one and only passion is everything about bartending and spirit industry.
I have 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including Bartending area. I worked as a bartender for: Mariott ( Barback): this is my first job in the bar, I spend months in sharpening my stocking and cleaning skill. This job gives a whole idea of bar work. Hamilton Island (steak and lounge restaurant): This is where I find the love of my life ( Bartending). I meet so many talented bartenders and learn from their knowledge, skills and inspired by their passion. There are always good vibes for working in the bar on the island. I got a Silver Eminence from HIE for teamwork and people (The employee of the year) Sir Stamford (high tea bar): This Job gives a whole new knowledge about the high-end fancy bar where I have a chance to sharpen my communication skill and professional working attitude. I spent one year doing my own start-up. I opened a Grilled food and mocktail stall in the Glebe market. I have learned so many valuable lessons and been maturing up myself.
