I have worked in a 4*, 3 AA rosette hotel, working in the cocktail bar, and working a private bar for events and weddings. I have also working in a busy country pub behind the bar. Both venues where fast paced with efficiency. We made cocktails at both venues along with serving, wine, ales, and beers.
