Hi everyone. I've got the EBS course a few years ago with successful results. Then I decided to take a flight to England and I move in Cambridge. Since then I'm working proudly in Ivy Cambridge Brasserie as Bartender, barista and I'm training as Bar Supervisor. Mixologist is my key word. Love to create day after day new homemades for surprising my guests. Guess my old experience as a chef helped me a lot.
