My interest towards the world of hospitality begins 10 years ago. My determined personality and the will to continuously improve my skills have allowed me to undertake numerous challenges and to gain the ability to master the notions needed to manage a bar, a restaurant but also to organize hospitality-related events. After working in hospitality for some time, having been entrusted with more responsibilities, I understood that I needed to complete my working profile. I thus decided to deepen my knowledge related to cocktails, which have always been a major interest to me. In order to gain a global vision of the world of hospitality, not limited to the Italian and European one, I decided at the age of 26 to move to Australia. After some time spent as a waiter, having always demonstrated major interest and continuous commitment to the job, I was given the possibility to become a bartender, the work I always dreamt of. After returning to Europe, I understood that a technical training as a bartender, to support my practical skills gained on the field, was needed. I then took the decision to attend the European Bartender School in Barcelona, which I successfully completed with the highest grades. Having completed my professional figure both from a theoretical as well as practical point of view, I chose to sign up for a season in Italy, in the island of Ventotene. During this period of time I had the occasion to put into practice all the notions and techniques that I previously learned: while managing the bar, I also had the chance to experiment with cocktails and regional ingredients, which I personally reinvented. In my plans, I would like to find a new work opportunity to challenge myself, in order to further grow and develop my career. I have great expectations for the future, which I plan to fulfill thanks to my ambition and determination, continuously improving my training and professional figure.
