Hello, I'm Dalila.

I'm a motivated and hardworking bartender from Italy, I'm friendly and creative, I like being attentive to details.

I first worked as a bartender few months ago, I had no experience but I was given the opportunity to learn thanks to experience, which helped me a lot because from the first day I had to put all my efforts in my job because as it was summer and I worked in a touristic location there was no space for hesitation. At the end of the season I understood it was the perfect job for me so I decided to join a bartender school in Barcelona which helped me a lot because apart from the experience now I had real notions regarding the bartending world. I learned how to work as a team, organise the work and achieve my goals. Soon after I graduated at EBS I started a new barista job especially for breakfast in the early morning and aperitifs in the afternoon, but few months later I understood I wanted to do much more so I joined an application for a bar in Otranto. Here I work as a barista from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and as a bartender till the late night.
