always in a good mood. I want my customers have their best moment of the day. I love to create new cocktail, especially custom-made cocktail. Hardworker and vibrant, rush time is the best time.
Thanks to my two first jobs I learnt to work in a hurry and to be multi-purpose. A contrary my current work teaches me to be responsible on one spot, as well as the respect of the four stars hotel status and for a big hierarchy. Today I see my perfect work as a mix of these two experiments. Quality and seriousness first, but also have fun in my job and first of all make great cocktails and expose new flavour to my customers.
