I’ve worked in restaurants and cafes in different countries including The United States of America, Portugal and Ukraine and I’m open with all my heart for discovering more and more, meeting new people and making the world a better place❤️. My skills from previous jobs: closing&opening the place(restaurant/bar/cafe), making cocktails, syrups, coffee, tea, lemonades and providing other beverages like Cola, Iced Tea, wine, beer etc, providing only clean glassware at the right temperature, polishing glassware, keeping track of alcohol/coffee&milk/other products like mint, orange, lime, lemon, basil, syrup etc availability, calling providers to order products/alcohol needed for bar station & placing them in their original place, preparing garnishes, serving beverages, taking orders, communicating with guests, maintaining a clean working environment & guests area, cleaning bar station twice a day: before and after my shift, handing cash and credit transactions, greeting guests, knowledge of beverage preparation, knowledge of coctail and bar menus & pricing, knowledge of table setting, attentively listening to the guest while making another orders, accuracy, punctuality, calmness, being quick & efficient at the same time, high energy, teamwork, positive attitude, how can it be the other way - life is amazing, be happy :), flexible, multitasking, clearing tables, following instructions, handling cash and credit transactions, opening and closing restaurant/bar, serving tables, seating guests, good memory, knowledge of food and beverage preparation, memorizing menu and pricing, knowledge of table setting. Writing a good cocktail menu won’t be a problem for me.
