Hello, I'm Szymon.
Friendly, open-minded bartender form Poland with a 8 years experience in a bar industry over the Europe.
My career starts in 2012-2013 in Warsaw Bowling Club where I learned first cocktails, pouring, and fundamental bar rules. Then I spend a couple months in Warsaw Bierhale restaurant. Not only bartending but also waiting tables, learned customer service. After that, I spent an amazing 2 years in Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw. 2014 -2016 promoted from bareback to a bartender in 3 months time. Then I decided to move to Ireland where at the beginning I work in the coffee house and finally take a course at EBS to extend my bar skills and working locally on Dublin events like for Jameson etc. Next I took position as a cocktail bartender in a high end Dublin’s venue named The Chelsea Drugstore where after a year I gained manager position. Working there until pandemic forced us to shut the bar. Currently living in Poland where I had senior cocktail bartender position in a popular place named Palace Czeczotka, currently suspended due to pandemic.
