Bartending has become a passion since the day I enrolled in bartending internship at Intercontinental Phoenicia. From there, I constantly work on my bartending skills ( technique, knowledge, history ) to reach the top.



May 1st 2018/Present Intercontinental Phoenicia Beirut 1. Bartender at Amethyste Pool Lounge 2. Responsible of the bar, and accomplished tasks such as ( inventory, menu engineering, trainings, creating cocktails ) 3. Elected employee of the month and outlet of the quarter 4. Outlet sales leader. 5. Proposed and implemented to do in house syrups to reduce the beverage cost. 6. Achieved a next to zero waste in wines, by pushing the sale of opened bottles and communicating with different outlets to ensure lowest wastage possible 7. Selling luxurious spirits such Remy Martin Louis XII, Armand de Brignac, Moet & Chandon 8. Promoted to Bar Captain during my first 2 year contract. 9. Lead bartender in the absence of a head bartender 10. Following with other departments to ensure that the bars are always in good conditions 11. Strong beverage knowledge and ongoing learning about Spirits and cocktail history 12. Emphasize on sharing stories about cocktails and spirit with guests to give them a unique experience 13. Always following up with the manager and cost controller to maintain the desired beverage cost. 14. Proposed and implemented a new concept to the Restaurant to increase the Beverage revenue in times of COVID-19: Bottled Cocktails. 15. Always setting the highest standards at the Bar, and emphasize on implementing guidelines to maintain consistency 16. Cross exposure with the Food Hygiene department 17. Received many Thank you letters for outstanding guest service by the General Manager 18. Represented the Hotel in exhibitions such as Horeca and Whisky Live, working alongside the Bar Manager 19. Learned how to use and operate the FBM, a procurement software that allows us to place requisitions (beverage, food, general) . 4. Attended training from different distilleries and companies such as The Macallan, Glenfiddich, Remy Cointreau, Bacardi.
