Love to work, without work I can not relax. Work is for me like exercising. Customer minded, without guests I have no job, that is why I am willing to take service to a next level. Polite + humor, even the worst guests I can make smile.



Working hard as floorstaff, being hard as a manager. In the catering industry I worked my self up from dishwasher to restaurant manager. That is why I know what my staff and colleageus going through. As a manager I know how important it is to empathize with your staff, but being strict if neccessary. Leading and motivate your team is a skill I developed during my time as a manager. My motto in this case is: 'Lead by example'
