Through my past experiences, I learned that progress is made through determination, perseverance and above all a good rigor. EBS School provided me with all the basics needed to work properly behind a bar. In terms of working methods, preparation of cocktails and all the rest of the job of bartender. My job as a receptionist allowed me to know how to welcome a client, and to answer at best his request, with a smile and good willingness.
