Hello, I'm Alexander.
I am young, motivated and never afraid to go an extra mile to accomplish outstanding performance behind the bar. Furthermore I am open minded and friendly, and due to this characteristics an enrichment for every bar crew.
I started bartending back in Austria in a small cultural club with the tasks of accounting and customer service. I improved my practical skills and theory knowledge participating the international bartender course by EBS in Barcelona, where I got employed at the cocktail and jazz club Campari Milano. At this venue I especially improved bringing classic cocktails to perfection by most elegant elaboration methods. Later on I got offered the post as head-bartender at the Eldiset, where I was in charge of stock management, opening and closing the bar as forming the bar staff. Furthermore I raised the sale and enlargened the product offer by creating a menu of signature cocktails.
