Hello, I'm Eric.

Friendly, hardworking and curious young bartender from Norway/Australia with interests in all spirit types, with a passion to create drinks from scratch whilst using mostly homemade ingredients.



I have previously worked in a micro-distillery in Australia producing mainly gin and coffee liqueur. From this experience, I have been able to develop a finer nose and palette for both coffee and various botanicals that are used in gin.
