I started this journey 5 year ago when I was studying culinary, in my class of bartender/cocktail, so since then I started making littles stages in bar and restaurants. Then I move to USA and started working in the J BAR in the Hotel Jerome an Auberge Resort in Aspen Colorado like barback and taking sometimes shifts like bartender. Then I went back to Mexico and started working in Tulum, Quintana Roo, working as bartender, them promoted to assistant of bar manger and head bartender. I made a certificate of barsmart by Pernod Ricard USA. And done the 4-weeks in EBS
