Hello, I'm Harry.
I am a very confident, people friendly person who always puts the customers' needs and requirements first. With drink trends constantly changing I am always looking to create and produce new ideas for drinks, i have a real taste for gin.
I have been working in hospitality for over eight years now, I am a hard working motivated individual who is never afraid to take achieve in any challenge presented to me. I am a excellent host to all customers who enter any premises and always give a first class customer experience every time. During my time at the Rattlebone I built a great relationship with the locals that used the pub, also becoming a popular figure behind the bar and within the community. I love working in a team and keeping team morale up at all times, I gained this skill from running my own team at my most previous job. I also have the adaptability to work on my own as well and creating good ideas to help push a business forward. During my role as General Manager at the Rattlebone I created a new gin menu matching tonics and garnishes with the gin's. I also created a new modern cocktail menu by researching new trends from London and New York, the menu was very adaptable; always changing with seasons and new trends. Communication is one of my biggest attributes, I am always talking and organising to make sure that a the team is working to the very best level possible to ensure a great customer experience.
