Michael, or just Mike, passionate bartender from France currently living in Berlin. Combining a taste for adventurous and improbable creations with a meticulous respect for classics, all in a great mood
Strong of a quite solid and versatile experience in the catering industry, as you will notice while reading my resume. I’m also strong of team leading/ management skills, in case you need a right hand. After my graduation from Ebs new York, I’ve been willing to focus on my career as a bartender. Because mixology is simply what I love doing the most, it’s a true passion. Oppositely to what I might have been doing before. In addition to cocktails, tattoos and motorcycles, I also love traveling, discovering new way of lives, which makes me geographically very flexible. No matter the type of bar, it could either be an irish pub, a lounge rooftop bar or a speakeasy. As long as I feel working in a lively, cheerful minded and creative venue, where I can challenge myself, get involved in the venue’s development, and get some gratitude back, I’m your man.
