• Opening and closing the bar. • Experience working with POS/cash register. • Interacting with guests. • Plan and presenting the bar menu. • Taking orders for drinks, food and snacks. • Serving drinks, food and snacks to the guests. • Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays. • Keeping the bar counter, lounge area and work area neat and clean at ALL times. • Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling. • Providing recommendations and suggestions to guests for choosing Drinks, Food and Snacks. • Promoting events and activities. • Maintaining liquor inventory and consumption. • Preparing inventory or purchase orders as needed to replenish supplies. • Ensuring that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving our guests. • Responsible for running the events and conduct all games, and activities for the evening.
