Organized, enthusiastic, efficient and always smiling, I know my way accross a restaurant and bar, and will not need repeating twice to learn things. Working for a year in a highly frequented bar, I've learned speed and efficiency behind the bar. I already have a strong base for cocktails, but am always trying to know the little touches that make the difference. I learned how to multi-task in my previous job, and will always give a hand anywhere if needed. Speaking two languages helps me get accquainted more easily with all my clients, and even my Spanish if practiced a little will come out handy !
