Starting from a catering and hospitality industry school with a "Mention complémentaire Barman / Bartender License" until and EBS in New York. I've been working in many different kinds of bars, i have learned a lot of different ways to work behind a bar. Starting to work as a bartender 10 years ago, it has become my passion, loving the products : Liquors, liqueurs, softs etc i've started the mixology. Using the bartender job to travel around the world and learn over and over. Doing my best to open one day my perfect bar.
