Curious and open-minded bartender, travelled already through Southeast Asia, wouldn't mind to visit it again.
Trying to escape my comfort zone as many times as possible (travelling alone through Southeast Asia) enriched my life not only on a culinary level (soursop, snakeskin fruit, etc) but also made me behave more self confident regarding new tasks. I love to use the input I get from travelling to create new drinks and surprise guests with unusual and exotic flavour-combinations.
