Hello, I'm Maxime.
I'm a motivated and responsible man, quicklearning, passioned by bartending and cocktails. What I love the most is trying new stuff and pushing myself to the limit. Not to forget, putting a smile on someone with a good and refreshing drink.
I have done the 4 weeks EBS course, I followed 120 hours of courses about everything that has to do with bartending and cocktails. All of this happened in Magaluf, Mallorca. I'm graduated as an official bartender with an average grade of 88%. We had to do flair, free pour, theory, recipes and bar training, all of my grades were between 80%-96%. I'm in love with flairing and I'm a proper owner of the white and yellow tin (level 1 and 2). The next step for me is to get the orange one for which I'll have to train a lot. ---------- Furthermore I worked a lot in the local restaurants and bars of my countru but never found a good place to spread my wings and share my ideas. Allthough I made some great learning experiences as serving clients, responding to different struggling situations and coming up with the newest ideas to share an amazing experience, I still did not match the vibes over here. ---------- Now I started a cocktail catering here in Belgium for a while now (non official, I'm preparing everything to do this official). But there are still some wishes and dreams that need to be fulfilled. As I like to travel, meet new people and pick up international bartending ideas, I was thinking about spending some time working abroad. If I don't do this now, later it will be so much harder when I have more responsibilities in life than a normal job and bills that are need to be paid. --------- However I would want to discuss this more deeply, please feel free to contact me.
