Hello, I'm Julia.
My name is Julia, I am a new bartender who after my course got hungry for more bartending skills, adventure and learning as much as I can about spirits! I love the hard work and late nights, the shaking and meeting new people!
I've had a bunch of jobs and defiantly think it's important to respect your manager and always work your hardest. I've done some waitressing the past year and got used to high tempo and keeping track of many things at the same time. Also I have 2 basic courses in barista and absolutely loved making people coffee in the morning also I had classes in hygiene and food management, so I know how to keep my work station proper clean and how to store food. My dream right now is to travel and to be a bartender, but since I am very new to the field I am open to every job in restaurant or bar, anything it that environment will give me experience and knowledge and thats what I'm really looking for. Never be a stranger with me, I'm very friendly and open and ready to meet new people!
