I am highly professional and pay great attention to detail. I tend to excel when I am in front of clients. I work well in a team and I am able to adapt easily to new environment and work situations.
I started to approach Hospitality sector when I was 16 years old during my studies in Italy. I had the opportunity to travel a lot in many countries such as Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain, England and United Arab Emirates. Those experiences really change myself, my behaviour and they opened my mind, knowing new people from all over the world and discovering new cultures. When I was 19 I started to make different bartending and mixology courses, and I realized the beauty and the art of this job. For me is not just making cocktails, but let fill the guest home, having an interaction and make themselves to make their experience unforgettable. Thanks for my last two experiences in London and Dubai, I could grow from a professional point of view and starting to take responsabilities.
