Hello, I'm Björn.

An inviting, easy-going bartender from Sweden with a particular interest in customer service and presentation. I love having a good time with my guests and maybe teaching them something interesting along the way!

No matter the occupation, I've always taken my tasks very seriously with sharp attention to detail. But what has really served me best I think has been my attitude and social skills. To build a relationship with colleagues and/or superiors based on communication, understanding and reassurance from the go - I believe that is essential to a smooth and effective workflow. I moved from working a couple of years in Industrial to the bar business, after an increased passion in cocktail-making and fine spirits. And like I mentioned, I've always been good with dialogue so as a bartender, I can really combine those traits to great effect. Behind the bar, I just keep things organized and try to stay efficient so that I can put the guests first and make them feel appreciated and comfortable. When my guests like me and we have fun together, that's when I truly love my job.
