I'm a very focussed dedicated professional, I'm italian and I have a predilection for mediterranean flavors, my preferite cocktail is that's what the customer asks me everytime he returns, I keep my self costantly updated.
I learned to service cocktail of exelent quality in correct time for right preparation, my initial thoughts are customer's satisfaction and to reduce the wastefulness where is possibility, I'm costantly to search to good team work, I learned to adapt myself in every tipes of work ambient.
