CAFE DEL MAR SYDNEY AUSTRALIA HEAD BARTENDER (december 2019- march 2020): -organising the bar area - organising the Wine Cellar and the wine inventory - making drinks and cocktails developing the menu concept -Organising the services for the event in house -Checking identification and responsible alcohol serving
