Hello, I'm Willem.

I'm an open minded person who can easily adapt to the people around me. I would say that my best attribute as an employee is that I can stay calm and level headed in nearly any stressful situation.



I started in 't Fonteintje in Bruges, a small restaurant that has been in the city center for over 60 years as a bartender for one year. Then I went to work for a season in Club med La Palmyre. After the season in club med I started to work in de Republiek, a large restaurant with cocktailbar in the center of Bruges with a capacity of 450 seats in summer, and around 200 in winter. I've worked there for 4+ years. The last 2 years I worked there I was making the new cocktail menu.
