Hello, I'm stefano.
I began this project with EBS in Madrid in 2016 and after 3 years of work I improved my skills in another school in Rome "Mixology academy" where I follow the global bartender course.
I worked in an irish pub, than I moved in to a cocktail bar(rec23) and after months of studying I worked as a main bartender in a cocktail bar at the beach near Rome(montalto di castro). in the last project of work we bring to our guest some molecular techniques.
