Italian bartender with a huge desire to improve as bartender and as person. Italian motherlenguage, english lvl between B2 and C1, both written and spoken, decent german and french.
Good knowledge of base spirits but very good knowledge of italian wines, liquors and aperitifs. Currentily working as bartender in a Wine-Bar in nothen Italy but not quite liking the environment. Good know-how in homemade syrups, cordials and liquors preparation.
