Waitressing, bottle service and bar tending assistant in La Rosa Too restaurant in the Caribbean. Service Stewardess in the yachting and superyacht industry serving guests and mixing drinks and cocktails on board yachts of 5+ Star standard. Including hostess experience at the Monaco Yacht Show 2017. Previous career experience: I have worked in retail and also, having being self-employed and singularly managing and teaching in a preschool in Ireland I have many transferable skills that may be useful for behind the scenes and administrative work. This includes stock taking, record keeping, accounts, deep cleaning and hygiene records, planning and evaluation and extensive experience with clientele and customers.
