Hello, I'm Dany.
Dany, 24 years old italian guy with 2 years experience as barman. Starting from a small town in Italy, moved in Rome, Mallorca and Barcelona where I lived in the last year reaching head bartender position in NBA Cafè.
I studied language and my passion is face up with people from different culture. My career started with a basic bartending, wine and coffe course. I worked as barista and improved coffe and breakfast service, then I got in a cocktail bar serving classical drinks and particular shots. I started manage a bar and then passed to a bigger one in Italy. After taking the EBS in Mallorca I improved my skills trying mixology in an exotic restaurant in Barcelona and finally ended up at NBA Café working more with speedmixing and flair (same Hard Rock modus operandi).
