I love to introduce the guests to the fantastic bar culture and suprise them with new drinks. My guests have always enjoyed me being part of their evening, drink wise and of course there have been many stories i could tell you.

I started in Vienna as chef in the kitchen department and after six years i switched over to a small trendy bar in Vienna for which i was responsible after six months. The Aida Cruise lines became my new employer for the past three years in which i developed my skills and was promoted to assistant Bar Manager. I also opened on of our new vessels. Right now i am looking forward to a new challenge with lots of nice people and a place where i can live my passion and join a freat team. Thank you for reading and best regards, Manuel Siebentritt
