A bright, dedicated and hardworking individual with an outgoing friendly personality, and a love for anything gin based. Possessing a fast-paced nature which allows for quick learning, as well as great communication skills.
I've worked in a more senior position in very fast paced environments, whilst still providing quality service and beverages. This has meant that I've had to be able to work fast both physically and mentally. Having to multi-task, serving multiple customers, whilst managing coworkers, and having to deal with any problems that would arise in such a busy venue. This has meant that i possess a fast-paced nature which allows for quick learning, as well as excellent communication skills. I have a very dedicated nature and this transpires into my work, whether it's working later because the venue is unexpectedly busy or coming in earlier to make sure tasks get done in time, or even training members of staff one-on-one to make sure their training is up to scratch.
