I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry; At the age of 15 I started working in the hospitality industry at well-known restaurant de Kas in Amsterdam. Since then I have been on and off working for several locations such as Le pain Quotidien's chain of bakery restaurants, Muziekgebouw 't IJ and recently Restaurant Wils from Michelin star chef Joris Bijdendijk. I have also hosted my own cocktailbars at several media events and done my fair share of cooking mise-en place or for large parties. Most recently I was working as a cocktail bartender/manager on the island of Bonaire at Ocean Oasis.
