I am a dependable sociable person with a lot of desire to work and learn new things. I am a very creative but at the same time very rational person. I love do cocktail. I'm a sommelier wine is my life.
During my work experience since 2010 in the catering industry I learned a lot, first of all, respect for my colleagues, for my clients and for my superiors. As far as my skills are concerned I can define myself as an experienced and passionate bartender in the history of bartending and mixololgy. Over the years I was bartender I was a head bartender, and bar manager. I know the history of distillates in its production processes. I'm official Sommelier of AIS the best Italian Sommelier Association.
