I love the experience bartending has provided me with, it has opened up a whole new world with flavors. At my most recent job i really got to challenge my creative side. I was in charge of the cocktail menu. I decided to do a season based menu every third month, and also one cocktail of the month. After working three years as a bartender I still love it, the pressure, the people and the general vibe of a bar. I'm eager to learn more and gain more experience.
